On a Hunt opportunity, anyone can try. Lock it for 24 hours with photo proof that you have the item.
Hunt opportunities are a race. Anyone can pursue them at the same time, and the first valid completion with proof wins.
Joining a hunt
Join the hunt from the opportunity page. This lets you lock it later and keeps you updated if it ends.
Locking
Once you actually have the item, you can lock the hunt by uploading a photo that shows it. A lock holds the opportunity for you for 24 hours so you can deliver without someone else finishing first.
- You can lock a given opportunity once.
- A lock never runs past the opportunity's deadline plus its 2-hour grace period.
- If you don't submit proof before the lock ends, the hunt reopens for everyone.
Tip
Lock as soon as you have the item in hand, not before. A lock needs real photo proof.
