What if the hunter doesn't show up?
Claims expire if work doesn't start in 30 minutes. If nothing is done by the deadline, you get a full refund.
You're protected at every step if a hunter goes quiet.
- On a Claim opportunity, the hunter must start within 30 minutes of claiming. If they don't, the opportunity reopens for others automatically.
- On a Hunt opportunity, a lock lasts 24 hours. If the hunter doesn't deliver, the lock lapses and the hunt reopens.
- If nobody completes the opportunity by the deadline (plus a 2-hour grace period), you get a full refund, including the service fee.
Your money is never released without proof. If a hunter submits proof for work they didn't do, report a problem before auto-approval kicks in.
