Why is my payout on hold?
Payouts pause during a dispute or a card chargeback, or if Stripe needs more information.
A few things can pause a payout.
- The poster said something's wrong. You have 48 hours to fix it or refund them, or ask us to decide.
- The poster's card had a chargeback. The payout is frozen until the chargeback is resolved.
- Stripe needs more information from you. Check your Stripe Express dashboard for any requests.
- Your payout setup isn't finished yet.
If none of these seem to apply, contact support from the opportunity using the Get help button so we can look at it directly.
