In-person opportunities require ID verification, and every in-person opportunity includes a safety toolkit.
The safety toolkit
- Share status. Send a friend a link to follow your progress on the opportunity.
- Emergency call. A button that calls emergency services right away.
- Urgent incident report. Flags a serious problem to our team as a priority.
Good habits
- Meet in public, well-lit places when you can.
- Keep all communication and payment in the app.
- Trust your gut. If something feels wrong, leave and report it.
In an emergency
Call 911 first. Then use the urgent safety report so our team can follow up.
