Canceling an opportunity
Cancel for a full refund, fee included, any time before someone has claimed or locked it.
Changed your mind? You can cancel an opportunity from its page.
- Before anyone has claimed or locked it, canceling gives you a full refund, including the service fee.
- Once a hunter has claimed or locked it, they may already be working or traveling. If you need to stop at that point, contact support from the opportunity using the Get help button.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. How fast they appear depends on your bank.
